LEGISLA\u021aIE<\/strong><\/h4>

Art. 194 din Codul Muncii
(1) Angajatorii au obliga\u0163ia de a asigura participarea la programe de formare profesional\u0103 pentru to\u0163i salaria\u0163ii, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:
a) cel pu\u0163in o dat\u0103 la 2 ani, dac\u0103 au cel pu\u0163in 21 de salaria\u0163i;
b) cel pu\u0163in o dat\u0103 la 3 ani, dac\u0103 au sub 21 de salaria\u0163i.
(2) Cheltuielile cu participarea la programele de formare profesional\u0103, asigurat\u0103 \u00een condi\u0163iile alin. (1), se suport\u0103 de c\u0103tre angajatori.<\/p>

Art. 196 din Codul Muncii
(1) Participarea la formarea profesional\u0103 poate avea loc la ini\u0163iativa angajatorului sau la ini\u0163iativa salariatului.
(2) Modalitatea concret\u0103 de formare profesional\u0103, drepturile \u015fi obliga\u0163iile p\u0103r\u0163ilor, durata form\u0103rii profesionale, precum \u015fi orice alte aspecte legate de formarea profesional\u0103, inclusiv obliga\u0163iile contractuale ale salariatului \u00een raport cu angajatorul care a suportat cheltuielile ocazionate de formarea profesional\u0103, se stabilesc prin acordul p\u0103r\u0163ilor \u015fi fac obiectul unor acte adi\u0163ionale la contractele individuale de munc\u0103.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The newest division of the AV SEC TRANING Training Center aims to ensure the training of all personnel carrying out activities of use, processing, protection and evaluation of databases, as well as of information systems both in the field of civil aviation security and in the more comprehensive sphere of institutions and companies with state or private capital.<\/p>
